Drilling, hammering and screwing become particularly comfortable and effortless with this branded impact drill in TÜV-tested quality – thanks to its low weight and compact, ergonomic design. Both avid do-it-yourselfers and novices will benefit from the advantages of the compact and powerful PHDS 10-230V when carrying out impact drilling, drilling and screwing tasks in wood, concrete or steel with a fast work progress.
Simple handling, professional functions and a forceful impact mechanism with a high drilling capacity, this is what characterizes the PHDS 10-230V. The impact drill is the ideal entry-level model for home and garden applications even for inexperienced users – e.g. as helpful all-purpose tool when moving into your first home. For the impact drill force of the PHDS 10-230V can be regulated intuitively up to a level of 650 W by increasing the pressure applied to the start button. Furthermore, the device is provided with a speed limitation for material-compatible working integrated in the start button in form of a setting wheel.
The electronic control system thus allows you to precisely adjust the maximum speed to the material type, thickness and the intended purpose, e.g. for spudding smooth surfaces or driving in screws. By the way, this also applies to continuous operation, which can easily be activated by means of the locking switch.
Comfortable drilling made easy
The quick-release chuck of the PHDS 10-230V equipped with spindle lock facilitates a fast exchange of screw or drill bits and via the directional switch you can quickly switch over from clockwise to counter-clockwise rotation or vice versa. All customary drill or screwdriver bit with a shank diameter of up to 13 mm can be clamped into the impact drill. The powerful motor ensures a quick working progress e.g. when drilling in wood with a bore diameter of up to 30 mm. The max. diameter for impact drilling in masonry and concrete amounts to 13 mm and drill holes with a width of up to 10 mm can be created in metal. The provided adjustable metal depth stop permits precisely reproducible drilling depths.
Optimized handling: The PHDS 10-230V can be held first, as customary, by the ergonomic pistol-shaped handle with soft grip rubber inlays. For safe bimanual operation an additionally mountable handle is also included in the scope of delivery. It can be pivoted by 360° and then fixed in place as required. This easy-to-handle solution is suited perfectly for both right- and left-handers.
